This book is designed to provide a coach for Principals in public and private schools. The book draws parallels from sports, entertainment, and the experiences in the public school setting to develop the six principles outlined within the book.
The principal is the primary catalyst for school success. However, when the principal assumes the role there is little to no coaching towards success. This book is designed to be that coach that provides feedback and processes to ensure development and success.
The Principals' Principles (PP) are practical actions for school leadership to implement in leading world class 21st center schools!
A known fact is better leaders lead better schools. The impact principals make on the lives of stakeholders can only be matched by the impact of great teachers. My life’s work has been to ensure that Principals and School Leadership Teams are equipped with the tools necessary to lead world class school organizations. This coaching series is delivered in six sessions that are engaging, thought provoking, and practical for successful leadership development and overall school improvement.
